Attendance

Good attendance and punctuality are essential to our pupils’ success at school. The national expectation for attendance is 96%.

If your child is unable to attend school for any reason, please inform the school on the first day of absence.

Parents must inform the school office by no later than 9:15am. Parents can leave a message by:

 

 

At Hartley we recognise the importance of regular attendance. Requests for term time holidays will not be authorised by the Headteacher. Unauthorised absences may incur a fine by Newham Council.

Late Arrivals

Children are expected to arrive at school  between 8:40 - 8:50am. At 8:50am the gates will be closed and your child will have to enter through the main reception and receive a late mark.
